Seeking an experienced, energetic, and creative person for full-time position providing prompt and courteous service to existing, new, and prospective clients, and collaborate with marketing strategy. Our ideal candidate will: 

  • Use a solid understanding of communication, marketing, and advertising principles to develop and coordinate campaigns for company-wide marketing goals.  

  • Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient response to incoming calls and website inquiries. 

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to provide excellent service; achieve and maintain maximum customer satisfaction 

  • Support customers with new sales orders, inquiries, pricing, billing, existing sales orders, payment detail, tracking, and research.  

  • Effectively and accurately maintain accounts and contacts in the ERP and CRM database.  

  • Aptitude to research and use the resources available to accurately answer and communicate with customers via email and/or telephone in a professional manner.  

  • Answer incoming calls in a fast-paced environment.   

  • Develop and maintain a robust social media calendar that leverages seasonal trends, industry updates, company news, sponsorships, events, and influencer opportunities.  

  • Design digital and print collateral aligned with company branding.  

  • Stay on top of marketing trends, evolving design trends, changes in technology.  

  • Collaborate with team and leadership on digital advertisements and SEO strategies.  

  • Play key role in the execution of overall marketing and communication campaigns.  

  • Serve as a primary resource for marketing copy, write well-researched short and long-form content for multi-channel delivery of a variety of communications. 

  • Develop strategies and campaign concepts, including written and visual assets, to achieve marketing objectives and maintain campaign messaging across channels.  

  • Use website platform (WordPress), email CRM, survey technology, and Adobe Creative Suite for publication and graphic design, social media platforms, and other industry tools to execute campaign initiatives.  

 

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • High school diploma or GED. BA preferred. Prior sales experience helpful. 

  • Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong organizational and time management skills.  

  • Ability to work flexible hours when needed. 

  • Must have experience with MS Outlook and MS Professional Office Suite.

Job Responsibilities include

· Document preparation for scanning by removal of staples, clips, fasteners; organize and stage for scanning.

· Operating imaging tools for use in the creation of electronic files or archives.

· Performance of quality checking of documents/images being converted to digital format and ensuring hardcopy documents are electronically captured and images are equal to or exceed the quality of the original.

· Indexing of electronic documents to include all required metadata.

· Completion of all assigned tasks accurately and in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGIST

If you are passionate about results-driven marketing, focusing on evaluating and driving market strategies forward, we are looking for you to join our team as a Social Media Strategist.  As a Social Media Strategist, you should have excellent multitasking skills to handle all our social media accounts in a cohesive way. If you have a creative way of thinking and of presenting our brand through multiple social media channels, we would like to make you part of our team.

You will develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our web traffic and our brand awareness. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our company web presence is aligned with our marketing strategies. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Design social media strategies to achieve marketing targets
  • Manage, create and publish original, high quality content
  • Administer all company social media accounts ensuring up-to-date content
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to create social ‘buzz’ regarding our products and services
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on web traffic
  • Stay up-to-date with new digital technologies and social media best practices 

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Social media strategist or Social media manager
  • Hands on experience using social media for brand awareness
  • Understanding of key areas of marketing (SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing) and web traffic metrics
  • An ability to identify target audience preferences and build content to meet them
  • Familiarity with web design and publishing
